Chefs include <a href=\"https:\/\/stephanieizard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stephanie Izard<\/a> of Girl and the Goat, Abe Conlon of <a href=\"https:\/\/fatrice.kitchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fat Rice<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joeflamm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joe Flamm<\/a> formerly of Spiaggia, Cameron Grant of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osterialanghe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osteria Langhe<\/a>, Beverly Kim of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parachuterestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Parachute<\/a> and more.<\/p>\n<p>We may not be able to eat delicious food at their restaurants right now due to stay-at-home orders, but we can still get find joy in watching some of our favorite Chicago chefs cooking from home. What can be better than learning some amazing recipes from the best of the best?<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B_S807Xlfgj\/<\/p>\n<p>The new series started on April 17th, hosted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gooseisland.com\/age-gate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Goose Island Beer Co.<\/a> and featuring at-home cooking demonstrations. It is a nine-part series that celebrates top Chicago talent, so you can join in and follow along with the cooking on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ingrain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Each chef will not only show off a favorite recipe but they will all select a charity of their choice to which Goose Island will donate $1,000. The first chef in the series, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/goatboyintl\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jonathan Zaragoza<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.birrieriazaragoza.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Birrieria Zaragoza<\/a> made coctel de camarones (Mexican Shrimp Cocktail), but there is still plenty of time to catch the remaining chefs. All demonstrations are happening on the <em>Ingrain<\/em> Instagram account.
