The 800-foot tall glass condominium touts itself as a &#8220;vertical village,&#8221; boasting epic river views, lush private gardens, and over 100,00 square feet of amenities, both indoors and outdoors.<\/p>\n<p>One Manhattan Square aims to &#8220;redefine downtown luxury living&#8221;, according to the building&#8217;s website. Designed by the renowned real estate development company\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/extell.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Extell<\/a>, the residence promises to combine style, quality, and function to create a living experience that is truly one of a kind.
