The Chicago White Sox<\/strong> (hopefully 2-3 after winning the last two games) face the Miami Marlins (79\u201383 last year) in the series finale at loanDepot Park this afternoon, and we’re trying to win the series. They lost 83 games last year. We lost 99. Both teams are bad, but if we’ve won the last two games, we can take the series with a win today.<\/p>\n

The Marlins have Jazz Chisholm Jr.\u2014an energetic, flashy player with talent. Jes\u00fas Luzardo is a quality lefty who can dominate. They’re young, competitive, and hoping to climb back into contention at home.<\/p>\n

We have Colson Montgomery at shortstop. Drew Thorpe on the mound. Luis Robert Jr. trying to stay healthy. If we’ve won the last two games (hopefully), we’re 2-3 and can get to .500 in the series finale.<\/p>\n

For White Sox fans, this is the series finale\u2014a chance to win the series against a team we should compete with and head home above .500 in the series.<\/p>\n
