Chicago is a city of bars. Fancy cocktail bars? Got ’em. Neighborhood dive bars? Every street corner basically. Sports bars? Take your pick. But another, very vibrant subset of the sports bars category sits Soccer Bars<\/a> and trust us when we say Chicago has those in abundance as well. With the 2022 World Cup coming to a conclusion this weekend, we’ve put together a short list of our favorite footy watering holes for you and your lads to catch the Final match. But first, here’s your quick primer on what’s gone on during the tournament this year, and what you need to know heading into Sunday.<\/p>\n

The United States competed but ultimately sucked. It didn’t ‘come home’ for England. Morocco has been the surprise of the tournament, having not conceded a goal yet and faces France in the semifinal for a chance to play Sunday. Germany went home early, so did Mexico, Belgium, and Denmark. The Final Four playing for glory are Argentina, Croatia, France, and Morocco.
