Chef Lachowicz Signature Series at Aboyer<\/a><\/h2>\n

Aboyer \u2013 Chef Michael Lachowicz\u2019s renowned French brasserie in Winnetka, has announced the the Chef Lachowicz Signature Series running from this November through Janujary 2023. This three-month culinary series will highlight three classic preparations for a limited time. From November 1 thru 30, the menu includes Roasted Saddle of New Zealand Venison served with Sweet Potato Gratin, Chestnut Puree, Roasted Baby Turnips, and Sauce Myrtilles. This is the perfect dish for this month since November marks the beginning of venison season!<\/p>\n
