With the weather turning cooler, it\u2019s time to look at new ways to enjoy the season. Sofitel Chicago has the answer with Sofitel Wine Days from September 1 \u2013 October 31, an annual celebration of French Culinary Heritage. The program coincides with the traditional wine harvest period in France and offers guests an authentic opportunity to \u201cLive The French Way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Join the wine-themed events or enjoy specialty French wines at the hotel\u2019s restaurants, CDA, La Terrace and Le Bar. Sofitel Chicago\u2019s Wine Days celebrations include seasonal fall wine dinners, exclusive events on hotel\u2019s patio,\u00a0La Terrace, and weekly complimentary wine tastings.<\/p>\n

Under the helm of Executive Chef Cliff Crawford, diners explore what makes French food and wine so extraordinary as they are guided through a curated wine tasting during an intimate four-course meal.<\/p>\n

At the Sofitel Wine Days Dinner<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0September 9, 2022\u00a0 the menu will feature wines such as Domaine Gilles Noblet Macon-Fuisse (Burgundy, France) accompanied by dishes such as tuna tartare and coffee rubbed New York prime strip.<\/p>\n

At the Fall Harvest Wine Dinner<\/a> on October 7, the menu will include goat cheese gnudi with heirloom squash, paired with refreshing, Fall harvest wines.<\/p>\n

La Terrace Wine Tasting Event<\/strong><\/p>\n

Faire la F\u00eate on La Terrace<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0September 14 is a wine-tasting event to celebrate the mid-harvest season. Enjoy the last evenings of the summer at Sofitel Chicago\u2019s outdoor terrace with live music from DJ JaxxSway and violinist Violin Girl while tasting a selection of French wines and hors d\u2019oeuvres.<\/p>\n
