Michael is the greatest ever, and even if someone eventually surpasses him, he\u2019ll always be the greatest in our hearts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c40 Degrees is Not Cold\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>40 degrees!? Who\u2019s pool is open?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cWe\u2019re Not Bandwagoners, Dammit\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We get it; nobody watched Blackhawks games until 2007. Want to know why? Because <em>home games weren\u2019t televised until then<\/em>. Imagine if you couldn\u2019t watch a team no matter how good they were. Would you want to go to the games? Even the most diehard fans would agree that it\u2019s a tough hurdle to overcome.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGet That Ketchup Away From My Hotdog\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Putting ketchup on a hotdog is like smearing it on your brand new white shirt. We\u2019ll take the yellow mustard, chopped white onions, bright green sweet pickle relish, dill pickle spear, tomato slices, and a dash of celery salt please.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cWhat the Hell is Cloud Gate?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s The Bean, thank you very much.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDeep Dish is Good, but\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non-Chicagoans seem to think we\u2019re completely obsessed with deep-dish pizza. It\u2019s true that we all love some Lou Malnati\u2019s every once in a while, but the majority of us order thin crust pizza most of the time. Chicago\u2019s thin crust is damn good.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cChicago is a Completely Different City in the Summer\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Really though, it is.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Lake Effect Snow\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We hate these dreaded words, yet they seem to float around in the frigid air all winter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTake a Ride on LSD\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lake Shore Drive is great. What did you think we meant?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSox or Cubs?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pick one. And no, you can\u2019t pick both.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDa Bears&#8221;<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s one guy in each group of friends who says this religiously.
