The NADC Burger is \u2153 lb of Iron Table Wagyu Beef, topped with American Cheese, and finished with onions, pickles, and a secret sauce; consider it the \u201cbackyard dad burger,\u201d that fathers would take pride in (and probably stare at the grill for way too long). The simplicity of the burger is one reason why every bite is so flavorful, but adding to the chuck\u2019s flavor is how The Drop In cooks it.<\/p>\n<p>The NADC Burger is a smash burger made by smashing the ground beef onto the grill resulting in a sear on the outside of the meat and locking in all of the juices and flavor.
