Lucky Dorr Patio &amp; Tap is the latest that&#8217;s set to open near <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanmatter.com\/wrigley-field\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wrigley Field<\/a> and its spearheaded by Chef Mattias Merges.<\/p>\n<p id=\"arIndex_1\">Merges has a prominent culinary background in Chicago, as the former Executive Chef of Charlie Trotter&#8217;s and owner of Folkart Restaurant Management. His love of travel influenced his current Chicago concepts, <a href=\"http:\/\/yusho-chicago.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yusho<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oldirvingbrewing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Old Irving Brewing Co.<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/billy-sunday.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Billy Sunday<\/a>. He also co-founded the Pilot Light organization alongside fellow chef <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanmatter.com\/museum-of-contemporary-art\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jason Hammel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"arIndex_2\">The first restaurant to be announced at The Park at Wrigley was <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanmatter.com\/brickhouse-wrigley\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brickhouse<\/a>, a bi-level tavern named after the legendary Chicago sportscaster. In addition to Lucky Dorr, Chef Merges is slated to open a cocktail bar concept in the upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/hotelzachary.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hotel Zachary<\/a> at Clark and Addison,\u00a0adjacent to Wrigley Field. The hotel is scheduled to open to the public in 2018.<\/p>\n<p id=\"arIndex_3\">Other upcoming restaurants at the plaza are sure to be announced as the season continues.
