\u00a0Skeptic Distillery owner and master distiller Karl Loepke is the king of innovation, even working on a special release not yet available to the public that calls forth a perfect blend between gin and tequila, called Ginquila. Though Skeptic Distillery doesn\u2019t have a current taproom, you can taste their liquors on the <\/span>shelves of Chicago bars<\/span><\/a> or take a tour of their facilities, complete with sample pours, if you make an appointment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
