Wright built many houses around the world, but his home and studio is located right in Oak Park, not a 30-minute drive from the Loop. In fact, Oak Park itself has 21 easily distinguishable houses built by Wright during his years in Chicago, many of which you can tour and all of which you can see on the <\/span>Pedal Oak Park<\/span><\/a> tour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The home and studio itself is iconic, and you can\u2019t miss it if you even have a general sense of what you\u2019re looking for. The prairie style design is unmatched and yet totally manifested in the various homes Wright built in his lifetime.
