In fact, this small house is at the artistic and cultural heart of the neighborhood, hosting everything from weekly movie nights to outstanding art shows for the general public. Opened in 2010, Comfort Station is housed in what was once one of many \u201cwarming stations\u201d throughout the northern neighborhoods of Chicago. Though the other buildings have since been torn down, Comfort Station now stands as an accredited non-profit and preservation site, operated entirely by volunteers hoping to give back to their community.
