Join us for an authentic family-style experience every Sunday at Bar Ramone featuring a suckling pig, confit in duck fat, rosemary and garlic. Choose from either a quarter or half fried pig served with a rich mustard pork jus, alongside whipped potato puree, roasted parsnips and carrots glazed in Pedro Jimenez, and house-baked baguettes w/ herbed olive oil and vinegar. Have a bottle of vino (or two) you want to bring in for the feast? The corkage fee is on us!
