Mardi Gras Celebration at Carnivale

In honor of Fat Tuesday, Carnivale is hosting Chicago’s largest, most over-the-top Mardi Gras celebration on. Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy a lively evening filled with a live DJ spinning festive beats, skilled Samba dancers, a dragon parade and Maracatu performances while they dine. In addition to the top-quality entertainment, Executive Chef Jose Melendez Jr. has created a special menu for guests of the Carnivale celebration to enjoy throughout the evening, including dishes like Andouille Sausage & Chicken Gumbo, with white rice, okra, scallions and cilantro, Shrimp N Gritz, with garlic and cilantro shrimp and Tres Leches King Cake, a delectable dessert comprised of fluffy cinnamon sponge cake, whipped cream and festive sprinkles.
