Madison’s Underground Butcher Bagel Pop-up

Following the success of Underground Butcher’s August bagel pop-up at All Together Now, Madison’s favorite bagel peddlers are setting up for round two on November 17. The menu will include favorites like smoked whitefish spread, cured lake trout and herring roe, as well as house made pickles and cream cheese. Hand-rolled bagels will be offered in traditional flavors including Everything, Salt, Sesame and Plain. All Together Now will also offer an array of breakfast wines along with coffee for those who prefer their bagels sans-buzz.
