This werewolf show takes place at the fictional Belgrave University, where the main character, Jack Morton played by Jake Manley, joins a secret society of dark arts in their battle against werewolves. You can stream the entire first season on Netflix, with the second season to drop sometime this year.
Starring actual-elven-princess Amanda Seyfried and Gary Oldman as a monster hunter. This fantasy-horror has sweeping visuals and plenty of suspense.
Liv Tyler plays a well-intentioned sheriff who rescues a teenage girl held captive in a remote cabin by her father. The suspenseful werewolf movie offers a fresh take on werewolf mythology.
Inspired by the mockumentary of the same name, two seasons of the FX show are streaming on Hulu. It follows four vampires who’ve spent hundreds of years together, after a visit by their dark lord to remind them of their purpose in coming to New York.
Vudu and Sling TV
This indie-horror werewolf movie hits all the right notes with characters you love to hate, loads of suspense, and jump-scares galore. The last train out of London breaks down on the tracks and the passengers soon fall victim to genuinely terrifying werewolves. Ed Speleers, of Eragon, stars as a ticket collector.
Terrible special effects paired with excessive gore. The hero of this mid-nineties treasure is a German shepherd named Thor who protects his family from a werewolf attack. It’s corny, but in a watchable popcorn-flick way.
Starring John C. Reilly, and based upon the Vampire Blood trilogy, this teen werewolf movie combines comedy with suspense, following two teenage boys on their journey into the paranormal.
A 1980s classic, which balances comedy and gore with ease, it follows an American college student after he’s attacked by a wolf in Britain.
An incredibly gory indie werewolf movie that combines the horror of lycanthropy with the horror of high school. It follows two sisters, one werewolf and one dismayed onlooker.
With Eli Roth (Cabin Fever, Hostel) producing, this werewolf show takes place in small-town Pennsylvania where two high-school girls are brutally murdered and the townspeople suspect a werewolf. There’s three seasons to binge.
