Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse officially have entered the parent zone. The couple’s firstborn, a baby girl, was born around Labor Day, but they didn’t tell everyone until Sept. 28. The pair also included a cute little joke in the announcement plus a sweet sneak peek of the new trio.

Palvin and Sprouse announced their daughter’s arrival with a family photo on Instagram. The couple stood with their backs to the camera while holding their newborn. The newborn is wearing a tiny Los Angeles Dodgers jersey matching her parents’ shirts. The photo showed the new parents watching a Dodgers game together.
Their caption made the timing even more fitting: “We took Labor Day literally this year.” The couple has yet to share their daughter’s name, despite already having announced to the public that they were expecting a baby girl.
Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse First Announced Their Pregnancy
The couple initially revealed their pregnancy news back in May at the Cannes Film Festival by showing off her baby bump in a light blue dress. The appearance marked their first public confirmation that they were expecting their first child.
They later confirmed they were expecting a daughter on Sprouse’s Wildmen podcast in July. “We’ve been calling her principessa, which I don’t know why; that’s been our like it’s Italian for princess.” Barbara Palvin also joked during the podcast that having a daughter would “mellow” her husband. Sprouse, meanwhile, embraced the idea, joking that he genuinely likes tea parties.
Barbara and Dylan Sprouse Kept Their Daughter’s Name Private
The couple had already started imagining life with their daughter before she arrived. The timing of Labor Day adds another playful detail to the couple’s announcement. Rather than sharing a traditional newborn portrait, Palvin and Dylan Sprouse kept their daughter’s face private while giving fans a glimpse of their first family moment.
The new arrival marks another milestone for the couple, who married in Hungary on July 15, 2023. Now, their Dodgers-themed family of three has officially begun its next chapter.
