Roaring Fork<\/a>, a premium dining destination in Austin, is proud to announce that the Downtown Austin location is now open for lunch service for the first time since the COVID-19 closures. Lunch is available on weekdays starting at 11 a.m. and will offer a new lunch<\/a> menu with dishes that aim to capture the spirit of bold American cuisine.<\/p>\n

The lunch menu<\/a> features \u201cAppetizers\u201d like Shaved Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio served with Arugula, Horseradish, Red Onion, Capers, Parmesan, and Truffle Oil; a Kettle Of Green Chile Pork served with Hot, Buttered Flour Tortillas; and a Mussels & Chorizo Bowl. Next are \u201cSoup & Salad\u201d options like the Spinach Chicken Waldorf Salad made with Spit-Roasted Chicken, Chopped Spinach, Apples, Avocado, Grapes, Eggs, White Cheddar Cheese, Dates, Candied Walnuts, and Tossed in a Sweet Onion Dressing; the Beef Tenderloin Salad made with Lightly Marinated Beef Tenderloin, Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Apples, Candied Walnuts, Bleu Cheese, and Tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette; and Tortilla or French Onion Soup.<\/p>\n

Next, guests can dive into the main courses where they\u2019ll opt for \u201cBurgers & Sandwiches\u201d, \u201cSpecialties of the House\u201d or Steak. \u201cBurgers & Sandwiches\u201d includes options such as The Roaring Fork \u201cBig Ass\u201d Burger\u201d (also available in half) made with Poblano Pepper, Cheddar, Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Pickles, Chipotle Mayo, and French Fries or a Spit-Roasted Chicken Breast Sandwich served with Sliced Tomato, Guacamole, Spicy Slaw, and French Fries. Other entree options are from the \u201cSpecialities of the House\u201d section that features Green Chile Pork Enchiladas, Rainbow Trout, Blackened Redfish and Cedar-Planked Salmon. And of course, there are several size and cut options for All Natural Black Angus Steaks that are hand cut in-house.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve put together a new menu that offers a little bit of everything but still encompasses the heart of Roaring Fork. We can\u2019t wait for folks to come try it!\u201d<\/p>\n

Roaring Fork is a top downtown dining destination, providing both visitors and locals premium options of chicken, beef, pork, fresh fish and more. Located in the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta Hotel, Roaring Fork is a convenient stroll away from many nearby offices and residences, and the environment offers an atmosphere as inviting as the food, with the ideal blend of energy and intimacy. Convenient garage parking or valet is available through the hotel.<\/p>\n

Roaring Fork Downtown is located at 701 Congress Ave. It is now open on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., 5-10 p.m. on Saturdays and 5-9 p.m. on Sundays. Reservations are encouraged and can be made via OpenTable<\/a> or by calling (512) 583-0000.<\/p>\n
