What Happened Inside Anthony Geary And Claudio Gama’s Relationship
Claudio Gama remembered it was the month of February in the year 1995 when he and Anthony Geary first came across each other. They tied the knot, however, 24 years down the line.
Geary—the one who secured a record-breaking eight Daytime Emmys for the category of Outstanding Lead Actor—called it a day on General Hospital in 2015. His character, Luke Spencer, was one of the longest-running roles in the soap which saw Geary both on and off screen for decades. After his farewell, the pair set off for Amsterdam to live there full-time, a place they had already fallen in love with as they were living part-time there during the late years of the soap.
“I am looking forward to the third act, the new me in the new environment and the endless possibilities that follow,” he told Entertainment Weekly in 2015. “That prospect thrills me.”
