Sharon Osbourne Tears Up During Emotional Moment at 2026 Grammys
Sharron Osbourne was almost unable to hold back her tears when she went up on stage at the 2026 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles last Sunday, half-year only after her husband’s loss, Ozzy Osbourne.

“I really grew up loving an idol who wasn’t just a brilliant musician, but a man whose life story guided me in finding my own, and I am very thankful for that.” He continued, “but on top of that, meeting him, going to his last show, and now getting this… It’s totally beyond me. We f***ing love you, Ozzy.”
While Sharon was busy wiping her tears, Yungblud informed that when he last saw Ozzy, the latter asked if there was anything he could do for him. And I told him that the music was enough,” he said, recalling.

Only those records which were made commercially available in the U.S. during the period from Aug. 31, 2024 to Aug. 30, 2025 could be considered for the 2026 Grammy nominations. The last voting stage was held from Dec. 12, 2025 to Jan. 5, 2026.
Recording Academy chief executive officer Harvey Mason Jr. stated that the Grammys are a platform recognizing the community behind music, thus the nominees this year can be seen as a reflection of a “broad and diverse musical landscape.”
Album of the Year has the toughest field, with the biggest challengers being Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, and Sabrina Carpenter.
It is the fifth time that Kendrick Lamar has had a studio album nominated for Album of the Year in a row – a record – with GNX. If he wins it will be his first in this category.
In addition, Lamar is going for Record of the Year and Song of the Year with “LUTHER” featuring SZA. It is the third time he has been nominated at the same time in the “big three” categories.
